Smoked Ham & Scamorza Mozzarella Empanada

Using only the finest smoked ham and creamiest of mozzarellas, this mouth-watering empanada was specially concocted to showcase the best Victoria has to offer in home grown produce.
Best served baked or fried.
Place the frozen empanadas onto a tray lined with baking paper making sure there is a gap in between them.
If you like them BAKED.
Preheat your oven to 250°c. Bake your empanadas for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and reduce the temperature to 170°c. Let the empandas rest for 10 minutes then place them back into the oven for a further 10-12 minutes depending how dark you like them.
If you like them FRIED.
Let the empanadas defrost. Preheat your fryer or pot to 180°c with your desired frying oil (we recommend using vegetable oil). Fry the empandas till they are golden brown.
